Marriage is an adventure. Let’s map it out.
Marriage is one of the biggest (if not THE BIGGEST) commitments you’ll make in your entire life. Investing some time and energy into exploring areas such as communication, conflict resolution, and roles within the relationship are crucial to starting your marriage with eyes wide open.
Why Premarital Counseling Matters
Every couple brings different values, expectations, and life experiences into a relationship. Premarital counseling offers a safe, structured space to explore these areas and gain the skills needed to thrive in marriage—not just survive.
Our sessions focus on:
Effective communication and conflict resolution
Emotional, spiritual, and physical intimacy
Shared values, goals, and family expectations
Finances, boundaries, and decision-making
Faith-based foundations (for Christian couples, if desired)
What Makes Our Approach Different
Our premarital sessions are designed to be short-term, practical, and personalized. No cookie-cutter curriculum, just intentional conversations tailored to your relationship dynamic and goals.
We integrate evidence-based frameworks (like the Prepare/Enrich program) with optional Christian guidance to help you grow closer both emotionally and spiritually.
You’ll walk away with tools, insights, and confidence to enter marriage with purpose and clarity.
Customized to fit your needs
Since every couple is different, and has different goals during premarital counseling, we will meet for an initial session to design the plan that is best for you.
The initial session is 50 minutes to discuss your specific needs, and we will build out a plan that addresses the specific areas of focus you prefer.
Overall, the process shouldn’t take more than 6 sessions.
